There are for types of sampling methods which i could use. These are random sampling, stratified sampling, opportunistic sampling and systematic sampling.
Random sampling is when everyone in your sample is selected purely by chance. For example, choosing a number (using something like a number generator on a smart phone) and then asking every number of that person e.g. every 8th person.
Stratified sampling is when you pre choose the amount of locations or number of people you use for your study.
Opportunistic sampling is when you take the study from whoever or whatever location is available at the time.
Systematic sampling is when you you use a system in which you can then gain data from a wide range of sources/ locations/ people to avoid bias.
